Our Policy
- Cancellation 24 hours prior to appointment is appreciated
- Please advise us as soon as possible in case of delay
- Latecomers may have their appointments shortened or even canceled
- 25% fees may apply for any missed appointment without prior notice
- We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to an appointment to allow for check in and consultation
- By appointment only after 6 pm on weekdays
- Gratuities are not included in the cost of the service

Your appointment is important!
Yes, your appointment is important to you, but it is just as important to us.
Due to an increasing number of missed or late appointments without prior notice from clients, we have had to modify our appointment policy.
We ask you to take notice of your appointment and make sure you can meet the scheduled time. Please advise us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment and notify us as soon as possible in the event of a delay. Otherwise, a 25% fee will apply
