As all muscles work simultaneously, you’ll spend only just 20 minutes with this type of training.
The electrodes are placed directly on the body to each important muscle group, so all the impulses reach their target. It’ easy and you can’t go wrong.

How it works?
First, keep in mind that it is not necessary to bring a training bag like going to the gym.
Everything is included in an XBody session!
We will lend you a set of XBody underwear specifically adjusted to your size. Once you’re dressed, a coach will help you adjust the training vest. There are four vest sizes in order to fit almost any size.
Then you will be connected by cable to the console, so you can easily monitor your progress on the screen. If necessary, we can adjust the various controls on the interface in order to achieve optimal results from your training session.
Your coach will show you exercises to be done, particularly to suit your individual needs and tastes. He will assist you throughout the duration of the session to ensure that you fully perform the exercises and will correct you if necessary.
